How do payments work?

Paid plans are billed monthly in INR through Razorpay — pay by UPI, credit or debit card, or netbanking. Your subscription renews automatically each month and you can manage it from workspace billing settings.

What counts as a feedback item?

Every submission from the website widget and every new comment thread pinned on an image or video counts as one item. Replies inside a thread, status changes and assignments are free — they never count against your quota. The counter resets at the start of each calendar month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then the workspace moves to Free limits. Nothing is deleted — all your projects, feedback and files stay exactly where they are.

What happens when I hit a storage limit?

New uploads are blocked with a clear message until you free up space or upgrade — existing files are never touched. Each plan also caps the size of a single upload: 5 MB on Free, 50 MB on Pro and 200 MB on Team.

What happens when a Free workspace hits its monthly cap?

The widget shows reporters a polite limit-reached message instead of silently dropping their feedback, and the workspace owner sees an upgrade prompt in the dashboard. The cap resets automatically next month.
